ECBA training is a structured business analyst training program designed to prepare candidates for the business analyst role and for IIBA ECBA exam. It focuses on foundational business analysis skills based on the BABOK® Guide, including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and solution evaluation.

The course covers the business analysis skills from scratch covering Agile and Scrum frameworks, user stories, process modelling, prototyping and writing requirements document like SRS/BRD. The concepts are explained with real-life examples and case studies to connect to real-world scenarios. An end of course real-life project is assigned to apply the business analysis skills and get ready for the business analyst role in the industry.

This ECBA course will also prepare you for the ECBA Certification examination. The program covers all the nine domains, techniques, competencies and BABOK v3 tasks as per the latest IIBA ECBA Syllabus. You will learn the topics through real-world case studies.
